The whole naughty or sexy costume fad really needs to be over. At this point, it seems to be saying that the person choosing that costume A) isn't creative at all, and B) secretly wants to be Hooters Girl. Though someone pointed out that if you make it really off-the-wall (like Naughty Darth Vader), it still might work... I'll add a link when I find it again.
