This is a topic I've been discussing with several people the last few weeks. More and more, you're hearing about companies firing an employee and then telling one of the remaining employees that he or she must now pick up the work of the fired employee in addition to his or her own work. The only thing the pointy head boss in Dilbert left out was the "you're lucky to have a job in this economy" line. I'm getting really sick and tired of the millionaires getting even richer by breaking the backs of the middle class. Enough is enough.
